Shipping

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email and an order number will be issued. Postage is calculated based on your location and the amount of goods you have ordered.

Delivery Times

Within Australia

For shipping within Australia we use Australia Post. Orders received will be dispatched within 48-72hrs in most cases. Bulky items or deliveries to rural/remote locations may take up to 5 business days.

Custom fabricated items are built per order which means the order will only ship after item has been fabricated, depending on demand orders may take up to 4 weeks to be shipped.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

To ensure your parcel is delivered directly to you, it is essential you provide your day time address as deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday.

In the event that you do not receive your parcel, please contact us within 5- 7 days of placing your order. Please note we do not take any responsibility for any postage delays occurred as a result of a fault with Australia Post.

Please take care in providing us with the correct postage address as we will address the purchase to the exact information provided. We do not take any responsibility for any parcels that have been addressed incorrectly due to the customer providing incorrect information.

Hernandes Cartel® does not take any responsibility for any items that may be lost during postage. If you choose to ship without a tracking number it is at your own risk.

International

Orders will be shipped via UPS International Service, please allow a delivery time of between 1-3 weeks for your parcel to arrive. Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your exact location. Hernandes Cartel® does not take any responsibility for any items that may be lost during postage. If you choose to ship without a tracking number, it is at your own risk and a refund or credit note will not be issued.

International customs charges and taxes are payable by you the customer. Please refer to your countries customs office for more specific information relating to any possible custom charges, as Hernandes Cartel® takes no responsibility for any additional costs.

Returns Policy

Hernandes Cartel® offers 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products, if unhappy simply return any unused products.

Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 7 days from the date of purchase, (international orders 14 days). After this time all sales are considered final.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.

Customers are required to use a prepaid trace-able method of return postage to ensure safe and documented delivery.

Hernandes Cartel® DOES NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ITEMS LOST IN THE POST DURING RETURN AND A REFUND OR CREDIT NOTE WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The original shipping charges are not refundable and, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a new shipping charge will be applied.
